Many of the marketing leaders and managing directors we speak with are getting headaches from their sales teams complaining they don’t have enough of the right leads, are concerned they don’t know which activities are getting them results and are disappointed their stories aren’t resonating with prospects and investors.

Having walked more than a few miles in their shoes we wanted to help, and so Strivenn was founded.

We take a strategy-driven approach to overcoming these challenges so company leaders can focus on getting a good nights sleep rather than worrying about the headaches tomorrow will bring.

Matt is a recovering scientist, marketing strategist and educator. A former science and business journalist, he is the founder of Strivenn and a Visiting Fellow of Cranfield School of Management where he specialises in Account Based Marketing, Key Account Management and B2B Sales and Marketing.

Our story so far

Founded June 2019, Strivenn has successfully weathered the storm of the COVID-19 pandemic and has consistently grown year-on-year through a period of profound social and economic change.

Matt Wilkinson founded the business after realising the dream VP of Marketing role he had been striving for really wasn't for him! Some early successes involved guest lecturing at Cranfield School of Management as well as early client wins including working with BiteSize Bio and joining membership agency Up There, Everywhere.

However, within 9 months of starting the business, COVID hit and the world stopped.

After a pause where everything went quiet, the life sciences kicked into top gear in the hunt for a response and business started booming - I guess it really is quietest before the storm!

While the launch of ChatGPT made many marketers and content creators fear for their jobs, Strivenn embraced the change and faced the storm head-on, adopting tools and applying them to overcome many of the challenges marketers face every day.

We're five years in, and only just getting started!
